Promptness

Please ensure you are on time for sessions, as there may be others scheduled to train directly before and after yourself. All training sessions will run to a certain time, lateness will result in your session being cut short.

Scheduling of appointments

If a session needs to be rescheduled with less then 24 hours notice given I will try my best to make the necessary arrangements. In these circumstances, however, the previously scheduled session will still require payment.

Payment for services

Your training experience is guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your session, you will be refunded what you have paid for that session. All sessions have a 100 percent money-back guarantee.

We welcome any feedback you might have. Again, if you not entirely satisfied about some aspect of service please mention this – your opinions are valued.
